They certainly look ripe enough to be pollinated, the calyxes at the base of the pistils are probably just swelling up a bit in preparation for the pistils to collect pollen, puts out the illusion that some of the hairs might be pollinated already, but it's hard to say at this point, and it depends on how many other plants are nearby as well that could've released pollen and so forth.

No im referring more to the almost burnt brown ends on some of the pistils. Thats what they do when they are pollinated.

There are plenty of illustrations online that depict the different male and female flower parts of a cannabis plant. You should take the time to learn about the anatomy of a cannabis plant. That plant is definitely female although it could still develop male flowers as well.

Yeah I agree, I'm still just kind of left wondering if there is a source of pollen nearby or not, could just be the environment or lighting that has made the tips of the pistils dry out a bit, not really a bad thing if it's just occurring on the pre flowers, and latter not on the main colas, early degradation of them isn't really a good sign (not the worst, but not great either) unless they had been pollinated.... so on and so forth.
