General Organics Go box feed back

Hey just picked this "go box" from a local hydro shop in town supost to be a decent kit, any feedback, anyone used this or is still using this product?

I just got the same sample pack, and I'm also curious to know if anyone else here has experience with this lineup. Any info is appreciated.

Never heard of that line of nutrients.

just picked up a GO box myself. did all of your bottle caps have holes drilled in them?

how old are those . i meant i long did u veg dem b4 u started flowering them

old grow dude i dont remember how long the veg was but there a 65 day autoflower strain so they start flowering when they want. lol

Started w the 'go box' about 1.5 months ago. Clones vegged for 2 weeks and flowered for a month. So far I'm super impressed. I was using Ionic Bloom's chem fert before and if there is any difference the organic is healthier. It's a bit more work. For example today I had to measure 4 different things into 16 different 1 gal jugs. Also the smell of some are foul.
But it safe to say I'm sold and will have all organic from now on!

Jeebus man, get some bigger water jugs or something. I'd quit growing if I had to go to all that trouble. Quick tip; if you take one gallon and mix in enough fert for all 16 gallons, you can then mark off the sides of that container and dilute it in your watering can. That would save you some time.

Just wondering if anyone here has any words for this.... I was at my local hydro store and we were talking about the GO line after i already have it and i say im loving the completly organic line and the guy says. "GO line isnt Organic.. They are not OMNI certified. then i ask him about humbolt line and same thing. Humboldt if you look at there old and new containers they are currently in process of changing all there labels from ORGANIC to NATURAL(due to a law suit because of the organic claim that isnt). So if all this shit that says ORGANIC isnt what do i use that is?

you are talking about OMRI certification, one of two major bodies of organic standardization. the GO website says they arent OMRI certified because they switched to using the other standards. they say the raw material is still gathered from organic sources. even if it can't be labeled as 'organic' its still the same stuff, and nowhere near straight chemical ferts. the organisms in the soil break down the organic/natural material and release raw nutrients for the plant. simple enough

on a different note, i've been loving the GO Box and its ingredients. amazing results and the price is pretty good. a cheap and effective alternative to a true organic sustaining soil like subcool's formula. not a lot of info on these forums with people using it, but i can say that it is a lovely product. id like to try it in hydro eventually.

My b about the mistype Thank you for clearing that up! i thought it would be strange for them to release a organic line that isnt even organic. Im honestly very happy with the line so far myself. i have some discoloration in some lower leaves but all new growth is good. I did read about some deficiencies in some areas of the line so i have a bunch of old nutes from previous cycles to bust out if they are needed. But i have yet to use them so, so far so good!

30 days into flower and one of my strains (barney's blue cheese)is starting to look bad.
Necrosis on fan leaves (browning and turning brittle, whole leaf not tips or edges). Is this normal wit organics?
I just gave them a flush w h2o.

The buds look amazing but I'm worried in a week the blue cheese won't have any fan leaves left.

Anyone else have similar problems or maybe a solution.

one of my plants showed a little necrosis on early leaf sets near the bottom of the stalk, but it was only a few leaves and i contributed it to not feeding enough. i picked up the pace a bit on feeding and its health improved. mine are also about 30 days into flower, an OG Kush and a Grapefruit Haze.

you said you mix 4 things into one jar for feeding, which of the 4 compounds you are using and at what strength? how often do you feed/water? do you supplement with any bennies or anything?

ive seen fan leaves display similar symptoms in hydro, attributed to cal/mag shortage or water issues.

Yeah, to clarify you don't just mix the nutrients together into one container, you dilute them into at least a gallon of water and then use that concentrate to spread a measured amount into each of his water jugs. If you mix them straight together you're asking for a lot of issues. Sorry if that was unclear.

So if i have a gallon container and thats all i need for all my plants i cant mix the Root, grow, weed....etc as the feeding chart states?

What he is saying is you can't mix the concentrated nutrients together before adding water. You have to add them to water first. Otherwise you might lock up some of the elements.
