Gengar's un-natural selection grow project. Preserving Quality Genetics

Hello everyone, I have set up a 2 chamber mother and cuttings system designed to help me find good genetics and keep them.
Over the years i have had a several grows and have found so many different amazing phenotypes but sadly I never took cuttings from any of these plants and therefor lost the genetics.
I dont grow for big yields, as i do it as a hobby to supply myself with a wide variety. So quality and variety over quantity every time, although i don't complain when there are big yields! : )

The Plan
For this grow i have germinated one feminised seed of, Kings Kush (Greenhouse), Violator Kush (Barneys), LSD (Barneys), Amnesia Lemon (Barneys) and Pineapple Express (G13 Labs), so five plants in total to start. My plan is to grow these to a decent size, take cuttings from them all, keep the cuttings as mothers and flower the original plants. (I am in the process of flowering the originals now, week two.)

The Vegetive Growth Chamber
This is my mothers/vegetive growth chamber. It's small and fairly discreet storage box conversion. For light I am using a 200w blue Envirolight and for ventilation i have five computer fans. Two as intake, two as exhaust and one blowing towards the light to shift trapped heat that collects in the lid (reflector). I also have a heatsink and other smaller computer fans on top of the reflector to disburse heat. As this is a small space to be working in I use low stress training method (LST) with the occasional topping to keep them at a manageable height. This works brilliantly and when they go into the larger flowering chamber, they grow with incredible speed and vigour. (Which is what we are doing now.)
Pictures and info on the larger flowering chamber to follow shortly.

The LST Method
Here are a few pictures of one of my cuttings (Pineapple Express) to show how I keep my plants trained down low. In this case i have already topped the cutting, giving two top growth tips. By training the two top branches over to either side I have created a space in the middle of the plant, that light can get down to. This promotes the lower branches that were sheltered from the light to grow up. These branches will now also become main points of growth for the plant.
To train the branches over I use ordinary, medium width green wire. (Picture enclosed with an AA battery as a size reference) I make a hole in the side of the pot at the top to hold the wire in place and make a half loop on either end of the wire.
Tips
Don't use thin wire to train plants, as this cuts into them.
Don't train the branches too much, or you will snap them. Train them down a small amount and in two or three hours the branches will have started to take the position they was forced into, making it possible to train down further after a short period of time.
The more regularly you train your plants, the more control you will have over the height of your plant and the directions the branches are growing in.
