Getting rid of the SMELL

Hi there..
i am just setting up my first growroom now and needed a few tips on the smell..
Reasons being i live in a set of flats an dont want pc plod knocking on my door enquiring about any suspicious smells coming out of my flat.
Is there any advice you seasoned growers can give me to keep keep the smell in my growroom.
I know a little about carbon filters and iv also heard about these little block thingys that your place around and they take the smell away,, how reliable are these??
any tips an advice would be of help..

if poss use a carbon filter and put your vent pipe down the loo but empty it first lol
or get a inline ozone genny
