If my general hydroponics feeding chart says 2ml of bloom 2ml of grow and 2 of micro for seedlings would it be okay to start at full strength if my plant is this big?

That plant doesn't look big enough to me, then again i've never used that GH series i use nova

ffof, don`t feed it anything for awhile that soil should have enough in it to keep it goin.
