God soil mix while still using nutes.

Hi its getting too hard to get coco or perlite where i live so im wondering if theres a good soil mix i can use that i need to water every day or every second day (im using cob leds with hardly any heat).

Ive heard mushroom compost is good but i want to still use my hydroponic nutes every day like a soilless medium only in soil. is this possible? i live in a small town and things like coco are 8 hoursdrive away or delivered to the post office which makes things suspect.
