Going out of town, please advise!

Howdy folks, due to poor planning on my part I just found out in 5 weeks I will be out of town for 3 weeks. I have a couple plants that have been growing about 3-4 weeks now and will be going to 50/50 with them in about 3 weeks (giving me just enough time to sex them before leaving), so you guys can see the problem. Any suggestions? I really don't want to scrap them since they are doing quite well right now. I'll probably go to 50/50 in a week or two, as if I wait much longer size will become a problem during flowering, and I doubt they would be ready in 5 weeks if I went 50/50 with them now.

So, my question is, while definitely not ideal, it's not like I can call up my neighbor to come water the plants, so how should I handle this? What can I do to keep it watered properly? Best case scenario is I can get everything set with the right nutes and environment before I leave, and just have a low dose of the flowering nutes in the water which would hopefully sustain it for the 3 weeks until I return (there's a chance I will be back for a day or two after 2 weeks but that's still up in the air, I'll be all over the country).

It does not need to be big and expensive, its just 2 plants, but I'd prefer they lived.

However, if you guys think its not worth it, do you have any tips on preserving cuttings for 3 weeks? As that would be the only other option I see, just take the whole thing as cuttings once I find out the gender and just start fresh with 4-5 plants when I get back.

Thanks!

take cuttings before you leave. wrap cuts in moist paper towel, place in zip-lock or small tupperware, then into fridge. they will last 3 weeks no problem...peace

They actually have self watered machines where I live it waters it when every the timer goes off :) if they sell them there.. I would but the light about 3-5 inches away as it will grow in 3 weeks lol also they have timers for light as it will go off when times up... Hope I helped or just get a really good friend or family member to look after it

Do you have any product suggestions justcause910? Do they work? (the auto watering, I already have a day/night cycle timer)

I feel really fortunate to have a trusted friend/neighbor/co-worker/grower. Lacking that I might- take the cuttings for the fridge. And arrange some kind of wick system for a soil grow.
