Going To A Seed Bank And Asking For Bud Not Seeds

I don't know how to grow marijuana at all, but I do want specific bud strains that I can't find on the streets? Do you guys think I can go to a seed bank and ask them if they can give me some bud?

seed banks only have seeds, not buds.. you'd need to find a dispensary or something over a seedbank.. that is the last place to look for bud, honestly...
