Good Evening!

Hello everyone! My name is Doug.
I found your site via relevancy in Google, and I'm happy I did. I've read through the public forums for roughly an hour now, which has been great.

The reason I am joining this site is a funny situation for me. I was wandering my yard yesterday around dusk, and noticed a small, foot tall plant! To my suprise it was green, standing straight up, and somewhat healthy. I brought it inside later on that night, in a small 1.3 PT pot, with normal potting soil in it.
Its now been in my window(with it up) for 5 hours today as I have a healthy addiction to World of Warcraft and have no free time! Anyway, I have some questions / concerns hopefully someone will help!

First off the plant is a female from what I've read off of this site. She has the pistils, and a solid aroma. I'm not sure what sort of seed it is, for I have thrown many out the window. Her leaves are slightly sagging, and she seems to have a combination of small holes randomly throught it, and a strange yellow "color change" on the lower leaves, which I've pulled off. Other than that the stem is quite strong, and the leaves at the top have begun to split off.

Whew, had to smoke a cig. So thats what is going on so far. I will spend some time now trying to read more, and maybe answer some of my questions myself.

Thanks for your time and nice to meet ya!

Hi Doug, welcome to the site dude.

Okay, here's what to do. As soon as you can, get a slightly larger pot, get some decent quality potting soil - something like a Multipurpose compost with good % of peat content - and repot your plant as far up that stem as you can.

It's a bit leggy, but you can convert a lot of that lower stem into root matter by potting it up to to just under the first set of leaves.
