Good light system(link)

im looking at this new light system High Tech Garden Supply
and i was wounering if this would be sufficient for a small frow box (about 36in wide x 50in tall x 20in deep) with about 1 or two plants. also would this light still work for flowering or would it be better to then switch to a hps bulb?

Well you can flower with it but will it be good quality weed?? Prob not.. But you can if you want.. take it then sell it to get better weed.. They offer the flowering bulbs for it (red spectrum).
 
well you'd be better off using a HPS instead of that but if you truely insist on using that to flower you can just wont be big bids, it won't be thick and the buzz prob wont be that great also..
 
You can add a pair of flowering bulbs at the bottom of the page for $13.95, not the best setup but if you plan on cloning and/or keeping a mother plant its money well spent.
 
i would go with the 150w hps, but im a huge hps fan so i guess im biased

i have that exact t5 system 10,000 lumens. I also have 4 more 5,000 t5 strip lights 5000 lumens each (30,000) lumens. i have red spec for flowering, and i am able to maintain 78 degrees and 40% humm with two fans. hps is better but way more heat. U can but t5's super close to plants i have a small closet so t5's are the way to go 4 me
