Good organic nutrients

Hello, have a couple of plants rabout a yard tall ready to go into flowering outdoors, just wondering if there are any good suggestions of what to use to give to the plants for maximum yields and potency. I am a complete noob when it comes to nutrients and i live in the uk so if anyone has some specific brands please only say if they are sold in the uk. Suggestions welcome, thanks

ive never heard of that you sure they sell it in the uk? what about mircale grow tomato feed, or some other kind of tomato feed, is that good stuff to give it?

As for stuff I'm relatively sure you can acquire in the UK a tablespoon each of molasses and epsom salt just before, and during flowering will provide much of what your plants need.
