Gorilla 5x9 exhaust fan. Pm problems

Was running a 6” ACI for my exhaust connected to a can filter and a 4” for intake. Never really had a problem keeping the humidity below 60% but kept getting pm. Started an ipm regimen and havnt seen anything on my veg plants since (in a different tent) but still find some pm here and there in flower tent. Is it possible I’m not moving enough air and that’s why I keep getting pm? I just have one big haze plant in flower now and humidity stays ~50%. My thought was to do an 8” exhaust with a 6” intake.

Most people run a 6inch exhust for a 4x4. Maybe you you want to put one on both sides of your 4x9 for better air exchange.

Pm spores are tiny af and can be all over your tent. If you had pm on one grow your going to want to compleatly sanitize your whole tent and all equipment inside or it will keep growing back even if no new contamination comes in.

If you were in a smaller tent i would say its better to scrap and replace it but thats not cost effecient with such a big one.

I clean everything before, during and after

Sorry, im not a perscionkinda guy. I do know ive come across a tread on riu braking down excautly what rate of air exchange is optimal and how much cfm you need per cubic foot to acheive it. Search bar is your friend.

Air movement. Lots of it. Good exposure to that air, air pockets form very easy. I use box fans above barlights that pair nicely together and not obstruct much flow.

I am on my 2nd grow with no pm 3 wks in got 6 more to go. One tent is behind no plants in it but you get the point.

I havent cleaned a thing only vacuumed up the little leafs and what not that end up on ground. I didnt even vacuum one of the tents this grow.

Do they just sit on your bar lights or do you got them strapt to the roof somehow we cant see?
