Gorilla glue auto ready to harvest?

Hi! First grow and these two plants started flowering on different periods. 1st plant didn't grow much and lost some leaves so I know it's not going to give me much quality and quantity but I wonder when to harvest her. Pistils turned brown about 3 to 4 weeks ago but she doesn't stop growing more white pistils. The second one I know it's far from harvest but it's losing some fan leaves from the bottom, I think it's magnese but I'm not sure if it's normal or a big problem (i also know she didn't turn out to be a huge plant neither)

Second plant (my worry here are the leaves, I know it's not ready to harvest, not even close)

Thanks man!

The problem is I'm very noob at this yet, I bought the soil my friend recommended but I can't find anything except that it is organic soil. Found some metals in it, looks like a normal black soil with little white stones that I can smash with my finger... I know the producer says it usually doesn't need anything because the soil has the nutrients, I guess it releases it slowly on the soil... I'm making kind of a tea of banana peal and beet every 2 weeks and seems like its working but now that the flowers started to pump the fan leaves of the bottom started to get yellow too fast. Btw it's a 4 liters vase, not sure if it's too small.

It's not my photo cause i'm away from home now but my soil looks exactly like this
