I would not do this in a multifamily apt. What if your pump fails, and there is overflow to you downstairs neighbors? They call the landlord and you are fucked. Other things can go wrong also.
The aeroflo makes a soft wooshing sound that is not bad, but for 60 plants in flower you are going to need at least one Canfan 50 filter for odor control, and they are noisy. (I have 3)
Yes, I use 2 600 watters for each 30, and 3 600 watters for the 50.
I would say you need at least 3 600 watters for the 60 (1800 total) or 2 1000 watters. I personally like the 600's because they supposed to be more efficient.
Don't waste your time with a bagseed run. Get the best Indica dominant seeds you can afford. They are best for this machine. I wasted a year and a half learning to grow with some obviously Sativa based bagseed that took over 120 days just to flower, and they still weren't ready. Now my cycle is clone in rockwell plugs for 10 to 12 days, move them to Aeroflo when you have roots, 19 days in veg, and 51 days in flower. This give you five 70 day grow cycles on each machine per year. You will much more than pay for all your equipment on you first grow
