Got Bugs!

So I decided around the end of September to take some bag seeds and throw them into a pot to see what happened and I'm now the proud papa of 4 mostly indica ladies. I'm having a problem with what we call in the south "leaf miners". They're burrowing their way through the leaves and turning around and going right back through the opposite direction. Does anyone have an idea as to what I can do to eradicate these pests?

put soap and water into a spray bottle
easy as that

if those ladies are real close to pickin .....the best thing you can do is bust out the tweezers and magnifying glass and get to work. Gentle with dem buds!
