Got my court date for the drug charge in texas.

24 days away ill be going to my first ever court house where i will be charged with 2os or less 2000 Max fine<
I must say im still scared shit less over it i have dropped alot of bad habits because of this charge stopped smoking cigs stopped drinking soda started jogging trying to lose wight, and nothing seems to make me piss clean i guess im just a walking ganja plant... i also reckd my truck the other day and it cost me almost 2k to fix it im broke and wont have money for the fine wtf is going to happen idk? most likely jail ..anyone from around here wanna enlighten me lol i payed the pipe ticket off already.. :roll:

If you get fined a good amount and he asks how you will be paying for it you should be able to request a payment plan type deal. At least this was the case on a couple family members DUI cases I sat in on.

Dress appropriately. Speak appropriately. Yes sir. No sir. Court appointed attorney should do most the talking. Talk to attorney before the case about payment options if that's your concern.

Don't worry, Fin is gonna make marijuana legal in Texas with his case. He's been studying law and stuff.

He's been saying that for a few years now so hopefully it will be legal before you go to court and they'll throw the case out.

Maybe you can plead insanity. You might be in for a rude awakening.
Oh yeah congrats on stopping smoking which appears to be the only smart thing you've done up to this point.

most of the times, you get one get out of jail free card, and it sounds like this is your first offense, so i wouldn't sweat it too much tbh.. probably a fine, not max fine, and probation..
or you could follow finswaggy and run forest run..

Izat what happened? I noticed some drivel in his latest manifesto but didn't care nough to actually re-read it. Wow. So his sister's plan worked? Rad. I didn't think it would.

Let's see if we can maneuver @Finshaggy into Delaware just for laughs

They will work with you... I got caught with a lot more than 2oz coming out of Texas a few years back.. Anyway they are looking for major players. Not stoners.. I'd say it will be no more than a 500 dollar fine and court cost. and since it's your first offence you will probably get a SIS which means it will come off of your record

U got that right. I've changed vacation plans over MM. Instead of going to race tracks in Indiana, I stay here in Michigan even thou the racing isn't as good, I can medicate legally in the state.
