Just wanted to share my experience for anyone thinking about trying out their lights. I already have a thread made for reviewing their lights but I didn’t put it in the led section so I’m going to put this here.
I returned home at 7:00 on a Friday to find one of my lights wasn’t working. I had been chatting with grand master level previously about some local clone lineages (we lives somewhat nearby) so I messaged him. Within 10 minutes I had him on the phone helping me diagnose that it was the driver. He is putting a replacement driver in the mail express shipped tomorrow morning.
I don’t have the new driver in my hands yet, but I can’t imagine how you could possibly have better customer service than that.
Feel free to chime in with experiences.

I haven't seen anyone running grand master here, I bought a long leg last yr an Iam more than happy with it. Is that driver geting shipped from the usa?
No mine will be coming from Canada. We both live in bc so it should be here right away. I think he has a lot of his operation down in the states though. All the predator lights can only be sold down there
