I know this was a few weeks ago but I can help. What I would suggest is to read up on a few journals and get an idea of what you want to do and post questions. couple basics, when to go 12/12 depends on how big you want the plant. when you flip to 12/12 figure the plant will finish about 3 x's the size it is now. what do you do before? top the plant and take off the first set of lower branches. Nutrients, they all do the same thing really. If you are using a chiller to cool the water stay away from organic cause they will clog it. watering? soil, every third day water till it seeps out the bottom. hydro? lots of different ways but twice a day for 30 min on a drip system in something like hydroton..
