We are giving away 1 free unit (or combo), and also allowing 4 other units at 50% off which is basically shipping cost only. Just to clarify, both promo coupons can be used in the same order together for free/discounts on multiple units, however they can only be used only 1 time per person/household.

This is for USA and Canada now only, however if you are out of country you can order from our USA site and get it shipped internationally.

Canada users, please use our Canada site: https://greenleafnutrients.com/canada/

My last Mega Crop order was sent postage due, after I paid the additional $6, I let customer service know, said it wasn’t possible and told me to pound sand. Said USPS was plotting against him ???
I’ve moved on to competitor product.

Hi @GreenleafNutrients, the promo code only works for 50% off the 400g 1 part + 1 sea kelp on the Canada site. I tried adding sweet candy for the 50% off combo and it didn't apply the full 50% off.

Thx.
hi, the promo is only for the products listed, unfortunately Sweet Candy not available for promo now. Maybe in 2025 we will have those available!

sounds like a shipping issue, but you should use whatever product you feel gives the best results :P We have given out over $10,000 in free products just in the past 2 years, but if you had a shipping issue 1 time doesn't really make sense to hold a grudge like that

It wasn't the shipping issue, the 6 bucks didn't break me. It was the toxic customer service I received reporting the issue to your company, my jaw dropped with the responses I received. Your product was adequate, didn't dissolve well though, so I was thinking of changing product anyway, the way I was treated just helped me change. I hope your customer service has changed, it would serve you well.

This is a shipping issue. All of our shipping labels are prepaid, an no one should ask you for more money in order to deliver a product. Its really rare, but seen it happened 3-4 times in the past 8 years. Usually its when USPS contracts out to a sub-service for delivery, and some of the drivers may be contract workers and they try to pull this stuff like collect extra money from the customer for "fees" and just pocket the money. The correct action would have been to contact us about the issue once you find out, and either deny paying the fee (they will likely then deliver it anyways because they need to hit the shipping on-time metrics), and then we reship the product again for no charge. Or in this case if you already paid the fee, talk to the post master and file a complaint.

I don't know what happened in your case, but you gotta deal with the post master since that shouldn't be happening, and especially with free samples. If they are asking for more money just reject it or email us we will contact them.

I can tell by your response you were the one that I spoke to about the problem. It was a 25 pound bag. When I hadn’t. received the product I did contact you, you told me it was at the post office. USPS says you didn’t pay the correct amount of shipping. I needed the product so I paid the six dollars.
I paid what was requested on your website. The problem was you not paying enough to ship it, I shouldn’t have had to deal with the post office as I paid for product and shipping on your website. that should’ve been you.
When I contacted you to let you know what happened, I wasn’t expecting a refund or anything, maybe a ”sorry that it happened” with sufficed.
Like I said, I’ve moved on. It’s all good.
