Grow Area Design. Good or Bad??

I have 2 100W CFLs in the top of this container!
I have 1 intake fan and 1 exhaust fan.
I have 2 plants sitting at the bottom!
Tell me what you guys think!

Those are 100w equivlants, prob a 23 or 26w actual.

for now they are fine. as they grow add 1 100w equ per inch of growth.
