Grow Box setup?

Whats a good way to make a grow box for plants to veg in? Should I buy wook and just make a box and then rest a fluorescent tube on the top of it? What are some of your ideas?

Anything that will fit your plants is good as long as you can give it good air circulation and decent light. I prefer to be able to raise and lower my lights instead of raising the pot up to the light, if you are thinking of just resting a florescent light on top of a box. It would be better to have the light in the box, hung on chains that you can raise up as the plant grows.
