Grow closet lighting requirements for one plant (LED)

I understand for a grow tent you need at least 40W Actual Power per square ft.

But how does it work for growing in a closet? My plant is only occupying a space of 1'x1'. I do not have any reflective material around it, just a 108W Actual Power LED above it.

Would this amount of light be sufficient for that area? Or am i leaking too much light outside of that area directly underneath it?
If so, would I need to add reflective material like Mylar?

Reflective material is recommended but with 108w, you should get a plant.

White paint is recommended and cheaper, easier.

Paint it white, if you’re renting and worried about cost effectiveness, just keep doing what you’re doing. Max out veg time and you’ll have a nice yeild.

White walls are perfect, either painted or lined with something cheap like white poster board (Dollar Tree). I wouldnt over think it though, get the best light you can budget.

Panda film works perfect. Cheap and removable.
