Grow Room Design and Hydro Set Up HELP!

So I have a 9 by 21 foot room to grow in the basement. I was planning on setting up a 5 by 10 secret jardin grow tent with intake from outside and exhaust vents, and some type of hydro set up. This is my first grow, i have done a LOT of research and i am undecided on which hydro direction to take. I am looking for the highest yielding hydro system while being easy to manage with minimal maintenance. I want to run 2-3 1k lights in the 5x10 tent. The project has plenty of funding also. Dehumidifier, water chiller, digital ph, ppm, and temp meter, and air conditioner are all also part of the plan as needed.
