Can I build a closed system with an air conditioner and co2 injection system and line the walls/floor/ceiling with panda. Do I need fresh air from the outside? If I can control the temp and co2.

It doesn't necessarily have to be from outside... but you do have to exchange the air in your room with new air.

you can and this is how my room is set up with no fresh air at all im yeilding 2 pounds every 60 days of of one 1000 watter
