grow tent (electric blanket) can anyone help?

would it be possible to use an electric blanket to heat my grow tent, it, a secret jardin DS60, i was thinking of putting it under the water proof mat it comes with, so it would not get wet, so i woud have like under plant heating, and i would,nt have to keep the central heating on all the time, save on the bills, plus the tent would be getting direct heat, can anyone help.

As long as it doesn't overheat and short out, or cause some kind of meltdown.lol What klind of temps are you looking at, with the lights off? You might be able to run 24/0 lighting in veg, and let the lights do the work, while putting some cardboard or insulation of some kind underneath the tent, to keep the pots off the cold floor. Idk, hard to say, til we hear more.
