Grow tent setup

I have 12 clones under a t5 4ft 8bulb in a 2x4... Then I have 4 plants 12-13 inches in a 5x5 under a 1000hps about to flower .. I know I'm gonna run out of room with the clones what should I do as a setup in near future ... Will the clones fit in a 5x5 setup what method should I go with?

If you only give them 2gals then you could maybe fit them. I would stick to 9 full sized plants though. Just eliminate the crappiest ones
