Grow Times

How long dose it take from sprout to budding? I am trying to see how long it will be until my plants start producing? The plants are 13 days old and are about 2 1/2 inch's tall and are being grown outside. Is there any thing that can be done to make them grow/produce faster? I am just looking for a time line or any thing that can be done to make the plants bud sooner? PLEASE HELP ME!

lol ok well are there any tips that you can give me? Since I cant rush them is there a way i can make them produce more bud? I have two types growing right now "ThaiStick" there are 8 of them and "Lowryder2" 8 of them also I got them off an online seed bank. This is going to be my first try at growing. I am looking to produce enough for my self and a little extra for friends but is there anything i can do to get a greater yeld? If this pays off then my next project is going to be a hydro setup. So please any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Also did I make a good choice in plants for my first time? any recomendations for my next crop?

If you've got them sprouted outdoors already they could go into flowering right now seeing as its early in the year and the days are still short. If they don't go into flowering the earliest they could be ready is late sept. which means they are going to be monster plants by then and you won't have to worry about yield.

thanks I got inspired to build a grow box working on that now to be able to keep my self supplyed and not have to buy how many plants would i need to grow? i go through about a quarter a week.

outdoor you should get around a pound / plant... indoor 1-2ounces off a typical plant...

so if you get soo much more from outdoor why would people grow inside? sorry for the stupid questions. Also any websites that have any 'HOW TO" videos?

They grow inside b/c they can get 2 ounces per plantevery 2 months about. Also if you want to go ahead and put them into budding stick them outside in the sun for twelve hours then put them into a COMPLETELY dark place for 12 hours. This will take alot of work since your going to be doing this every day but hey if you want to do it quicker then there ya go

Thanks for the tip i will do that. I just got done with my Grow box so I am also going to try to grow indoors any strain I should look for? I want somthing that has the highest THC yeild and a nice buzz. I dont realy like clearheaded high's I like to be in my own world if you know what I mean .

White Widow my man best percentage THC wise that shit will fuck you up. I kinda like purple haze though or Purple Kush

With outdoors you get one rip a year. Indoors you can pull a good lb. maybe 2 if you're a badass off a 1000w hps every 8 weeks, if you use clones.

I've been growing indoors for a few years now and I'm excited to grow outdoors just for the challenge.
