Growin In Suptropical Climates-Whats easy to grow outdoors in central texas

what can i grow outdoors for a beginner, in central texas since its warmer longer (really humid to) or can i even start growing now, and what strain would be easy to grow in my climates

you're a couple months too late for this season. if you have anything already growing, you can throw it outside for a small harvest.

my only experience with texas is el paso. nothing grows there in too much direct sun, it gets burned. i would say some sativa dominant strain might do well, if you can set up a greenhouse with a shade cloth, all the better.
