Growin' Mother With Flouro's!

Im sorta new to the whole cloneing process but i was wondering if i could buy some spectrum compact flouro bulbs to grow 2 mothers inside a box. i would like to run 1 4' footer up each side and have a compact flouro hanging in the top. the thing is i need to know what hours to run the lights and any other input you can give or if anyone has ever grown a mother on these bulbs i saw them the other day and got the idea. my box will be 3x4x6.

18-6 for mothers and 24 for clones
all cool white 6000k color
i have a total of 283 watts on lights
seems to work well enough

i have a 2 ft fluoro in a box with a cardboard back on it(postal box so its white towards plant) and i cant figure out if i want to flower it, or veg it more..but my neighbor used it from germ to flower til he passed so itll work to keep it on.


flower - 12/12
veg - 18/6 or 24/0 depending on how you feel. i let mine sleep a little bit anyway.
