Growing germanated seeds in rockwool

I have some questions I was hoping someone could help me out with. I have some germanated seeds that I just transplanted in rockwool cubes. Am I supposed to put these under lights as soon as the go into cubes or do I stick them in a dark warm place?

if they have germinated then the little sprout is going to start looking for light and if it doesn't get it it will die eventually so as soon as you germinate them and get them into your growing medium get the lights on.

Shit, I put the seeds in my rockwool cubes and some of them died because of rot. How do you prevent that from happening?

ive seen root rot alot from over watering.

rense with warm water after presoaking them, then shake them a little. dont sqeeze
