Growing in dirt, no perlite or coco available...it really sucks!!!

What can I use to mix in my dirt to create aireated medium without coco or perlite? Plants do awsome until week 8(yes, I like big ones) and after that it looks like they stop developing and the flowers dont develop properly. I know my roots are not as healthy because of the compact solil...Any tips on what to mix to the soil, other than coco or perlite? I veg indoors and flower out, I live close to the Ecuador and have 12 - 12 all year around. Use my own compost, worm castings, chicken and cow manure, bat guano for flowering. I grow in 40 litters pots, rain water. I really apreciate any help. Peace.

use gravel or river sand to replace perlight, I prefer 30% per pot volume, use local compost or what other growers use locally to grow your weed, avoid local dirt at all costs, coco and moss, will hold a lot of water and nutes, not good in a place that may rain a lot, ideal for deserts or hot indoor grows, (Mg) def will affect older canna plants or if using RO water top up with epsom salts or cal mag every 2-3rd watering, consider foilar feeding as a practical short cut
