Growing Legally ?

Ok so I am a california resident and have my medical rec ...

I know that normally it is the law that you can only have 6 plants growing.

I went to my Dr for a check up .... he is a norml certified physician. and he upped my rec to 18 plants and 24 oz of processed marijuana. He hand wrote this on the back of my rec ... According to him this is legal ... and I can now grow that amount

Does this make sense to anyone ?

Yeah, it makes sense. State law only stipulates a doctor's recommendation and places no limits. Currently, the courts are defending California MMJ patient rights against local restrictions made by local governments who would attempt to take away those rights through legislative mucking about.
