Growing Plants For Other Patients Without Being A Caregiver.

The idea is a card holder allows you to grow their 6 plants, but agrees to only recieve harvest from 2 of the plants. In return for labor, supplies, use of space, and equiptment I would get the remaining 4 plants. By growing as a small collective is this allowed?

what are you talking about it sounds like you have half the info and mixing it with another half that you dont know what your talking about....You dont have to be a caregiver to grow plants for someone ....All a caregiver is is someone who dosent qualify for a doctors note so they become the caregiver of someone who does....

That dosent have anyting to do with the 6 plant guildline.....I have a doctors note and i can grow for someone else that has a doctors note meaning now i can grow 12 plants....Im not sure what your trying to get at......

lets start with the state. which one? limits? read the specific code annotated for the state. example: you live in colorado http://www.state.co.us/gov_dir/leg_dir/olls/colorado_revised_statutes.htm . look up the law per state, or visit and ask your local drug task force. they will be the guys arresting you, if this ain't legal. that would be the quickest way to find out.
