Growing set up

Okay so i was wondering if this set up was good enough to grow. I am planning on doing an 8 ft long by 4ft wide by 4ft tall grow box. I have a 400 watt HID light and reflectix insulation all on the inside. I have 15 plants and i was wondering if i could also use an Oasis watering system to help water my plants because I can not water them every day due to its location but i will be able to throughly water then atleast 1 times each week. Also if i do use this machine. How can i still feed the plants their nutrients?

one 400 will no way cover that large of an area

400watt HID? i dont think so man.
the max ive done is 12 plants with a 400watt hps system. and my yeild wasnt that great. little less than a pound.
