growing slow from seed pix.

2nd grow have been having problems from seed.

Seeds germinate but when I transfter to growing medium they grow very slow or don't at all.
250w light auto fem seeds. I plant the seeds in jiffy. I germinated 3 more will plant directly to soil instead of jiffy.

ill answer my own question.

8 days from seed. 3 days in growing medium.

I think you'll be fine tbh, mine looked like that around the same time. I see the plant getting its true leaves in so give it like 3 more days for he leaves to start getting bigger. Your medium looks like its pretty saturated with water so dont water it again til its almost dry. I've been told that if you feed it too much water, the roots tend to not grow as strong.
