Growing slow or is it just me

so I got these 2 auto flowers they are 5 weeks into flowering I been giving them general organics/bottle water the seeds themselves are only ment to be 8 week old, mine are definitely over 8 weeks including seedling and vegging stages I'm not too sure when to chop it down what do you guys think oh Ya I got a 150 watt hps running with 2 42 watt cfls

Looks sativa dom, so its going to take awhile. especially with the 150 w

For the record -- autos do not have a veg period. They go straight from seedling to flowering phase. That's why you can grow them their entire lifespan without having to adjust/change the lighting schedule.
