RDWC is what I find most effective for large plants (plant count grows)

Flood and Drain in trays for a Sea of Green for more harvests yearly (canopy area grows) makes more yearly.

I've built a few small scale hydro set-ups and all have their pros and cons. I've even thought about patenting a unique certain style of RDWC. I pitched the plan to a start up company but pretty much gave up. Custom molds and R&D, on an idea that *may* work, for a limited indoor market on a small scale.

That aero/nft drain would be clogged with roots in no time unless your growing dwarfs.

I had a pretty decent low pressure Aero setup going on. I had too many flaws and it wasn't consistent enough so I gave up on it. Too many small systems and small reservoirs. If you don't keep a good log, there's no way to know whats really going on.

I always thought about trying to grow larger plants on a larger scale aero... never attempted it though.

Anyways its hard to say. To cultivate marijuana it always seems your limited by plant count grows, or by small space. If you were completely unlimited to plant count on a large scale I'm not sure. It'd be like any other agricultural situation. Whats involved in man hours, electricity, expenses, ect. Something over my head.

I always think of it by limited plant count, electricity, size, security.......

Put it this way, if every aspect of the grow (from clone, to trim) was done by one sole person, I'd say RDWC.
