growing to slow???

So what exactly is the problem the plant loks just fine for two weeks. Be patient. I usually veg for 4 weeks then flip to 12/12 for another 9 weeks. Works every time for me.And don't water every day. Wait until your soil is dry then water. I grow using 3 gallon Smart Pots and I water every 3 days with a half gallon of ph'd water. And I feed every other watering.
