Growing White Widow in DWC

I'm new to this forum and I've been checking it out for quite awhile now. I must say I am definitely blown away by the amount of information each individual holds here, but anways let me get to the point.

I have built myself a stealth grow box that is aproximately 5 feet and 5 inches tall and 3 feet and 8 inches wide and length is 3 feet. I plan on using a DWC that I have constructed myself in the typical fashion (rubbermaid bin with a 3 way gang valve connecting to 3 airstones) with 6 net pots inserted on the top of the bin. My nutrient solution is still undecided, I have been recomended to use DynaGro but as far as the NPK solution goes, I have no idea. I wish to grow the White Widow strain and have been looking at this website White Widow Marijuana Seeds High Quality Low Prices I have seen others on this forum support this website so it must be trustworthy. As for my lighting fixtures, I plan on purchasing here very soon a 400 watt Metal Halide fixture and possibly a 400 watt High Powered Sodium fixture (I know it is recomended to use both to get a better yield). Also, I have purchased pH up and down so I can control the pH levels through out growth as well as a pH meter.

One problem I have ran into though is when would be a good time to clean my system and add the nutrients again. Would this be a weekly thing, I suppose? Another question I have is what would your recommendations be on starting the flowering process with White Widow.

If I have left anything out, please notify and all information/recomendations will gladfully accepted.

Welcome to the forum. You have done some homework. If you have read any of my posts you know what comes next. Got any pictures, we like pictures.
I would recommend the T-5 lights for that type of space. Actually, I recommend them period. Here is the logic. 5'5"-the dwc height of app. 16" = 49" - 1' for the hid fixture= 37"-8" distance to the plants= 29"
T-5 height, 5-6" will do it, distance from the plants >3". Gives you an extra foot of plant height with less heat issues. Read Journal after journal with hid's in a closet, temperature problems. You will have to air cool the hid in that space and provide seperate exhaust and intake. With the t-5 air cooling won't be necessary. The t-5 bulbs all fit any t-5 fixture, you can mix red and blue without anything special. VV

Quick question, would a New Wave High Output T5 be idea and if so would i use 6500k or like 3000k? Also, would I need to make something in regards to CO2 enrichment for the plants since this is an enclosed growing environment?
