hey guys , any advice for coco coir? ive buffered my coco block and soat it with limestone. What kinda nutrients and medium should I include in the coco mix ? Newbie grower here . Pls help.

I soak for an hour or so, drain, then mix in 20-30% perlite, nothing else. I'm running Cyco nutrients and have recycled my coco 3X's and am on my fourth grow with the same brick, with no issues - just be sure to rinse/flush well before using again.
