Growth rate - quick questions

Hey yall!

It's been 8 days since my plants sprouted. They are both still roughly 1 inch in size, haven't yet developed second nod or anything, still working on the first set of leafs I guess.

I wanted to ask if after 8 days this rate is normal?

Also, I have this thing called veg nutrition ( can't remember company's name ), when would be a good time to start feeding those seedlings?

These are Rocklock feminized seeds.

Thank you guys :joint::shock:

are you in soil or hydro? Yes, that is about normal for growth. One more week and it'll probably triple in size given you treat her right.

Don't fertilize seedlings in soil for few weeks yet but depends on soil and pot size as well. My seedlings seem to stay smallish for a week and a bit but then they shoot up, show a little growth each day but guess their developing a good root system first. Overwatering can slow seedling growth so could be a cause as well. You are definatly not ready to fertilize yet. What is the NPK ratio of the 'veg nutrition'? it will be three numbers somewhere on the packet or bottle depending wether it is liquid or crystal, looks like this 20:20:20 or 9.3.7. The three numbers stand for the percentage of N or 'N'itrogen, P or 'P'hosphorous and K or 'P'ottasium. It might list magnesium and calcium as well or say contains micro nutrients etc etc.
