guttation on cuttings?

Hello all.
This is my first post, I just want to say thanks to everyone for the wealth of information being shared on the regular. I have literally read hundreds and hundreds of pages here and have extracted immeasurable information.
On to my issue, I have been growing indoors for a little over two decades and recently came across something I have never seen before. After looking around doing some research, I think I have guttation/ sap exudates on my cuttings. They only seem to appear on the cuttings that are about to root or about to pop roots out of the bottom of the cup ( small solo cups) It is showing as small reddish to amber dots that look like eggs. The dots appear on the healthiest cuttings in the bin. The dots are mainly towards the top of the cutting and seem to come from the crease in the stem. I have no bugs, no signs of bug damage, the temps in the veg are a little high right now ( 84) and drop to about 65 at night. The dots don't move and they come off easily with a little push of a toothpick, they are reddish brown, amber and blackish. I have some pictures, the first ones are on the plant, and the other is pics of them on a white piece of paper.

So my question is, what are these. Are they sap exudates or guttation? If so is this just excess turgor pressure from being in the clone bin? Did they just root and are taking in excess water. Will they disappear when they come of of the clone bin? And finally are they problematic, is there any reason to be concerned, and if so what plan of acton should I take? Thanks ahead of time.
peace

Well let me be the first one to welcome you to RIU! Those are great quality photos but I have no idea what the problem is. I've seen plants "bleed" what looks like blood and this may be what that is, but I don't know for sure. Looking forward to your participation and more great pix.
