Half hour light break

Is it bad if i turned off the lights every day for half an hour at noon? Thats when its possible somebody might take a look in the room and i want to make sure the box stays hidden. This would be something id do every day if its not a big deal.
Ill dare to ask, what about for a full hour?
 
Id work on sealing the box up before id consider turning the lights off in the middle of their light period. Are you running a 18/6 or 24/0 light cycle? Have you considered having the light period set for night time?
 
ive considered it but like i said my box isnt completely sealed so i wouldnt be able to sleep. its on a 18/6 timing, suppose sealing it is the best way to go. I just thought its a shame if i cant place it outside at noon when all seems safe because its got its night cycle then.
 
I dunno if I would have switched it that fast... Might want to gradually work them into their new schedule. and yes, the best idea would be to make it light tight. Once you go into flowering it has to be light tight anyway...
 
a single day won't stress them to much but graduate steps are a big risk for fuck-ups! also it is more stress over time. just do it at once and have them recovered in a day or two;)
