Get some accurate mini hygrometers and when you think your plants are nearly done hang drying, trim up some buds, put them in a jar with the hygrometer and let them sit for a couple of hours to see what the RH is at. If it's 55-60, you can jar them up, if it's higher, let them dry some more. I like to hang dry my entire plants, then dry trim. Seems to preserve terpenes over wet trimming. Once you jar up your buds, check the RH in a bunch of them every day because not every jar will be the same and you'll need to burp some of them. Btw, Inkbird makes accurate mini hygrometers. Slow drying is more important than curing.
