Harvest so that no spin is needed.

Hello there

I'm coming up to harvest time over here and i want to know.
Can you cure and harvest weed in a way so that its dry enough to smoke on its own without spin (tobacco) i don't smoke cigarettes (and don't want to buy them)

So with a first time harvest, how should i make my buds so that they don't need tobacco to burn properly?

What do you mean you need tobacco to burn properly???? Dry your bud then cure.
Why would you put tobacco in with your weed.

sounds strange but ive heard of rolling with tobacco before its good if your a lightweight but it ruins the taste. just dry and cure and roll straight up bud. or just use a pip.

instead of rolling j's and blunts you should invest in a bong or a water pipe of some kind. they are soooooooo good. i like them better than joints and blunts cuz they dont waste your weed so much. i dont smoke joints because i feel im wasting a bunch of my bud. you can pack like .3-.5 grams into a bowl and itll get you nice and stoned. my personal favorite is a bong, but for the taste i use a regular old glass pipe. both are a good investment if you have the cash at hand.
yea ive never heard of having to add tobacco to bud to smoke a joint. i have done it when i was really short on weed, but i have never heard of having to. buds can clog the joint if you dont break it up enough. this can restrict airflow through it making you feel like you need to add something thinner (tobacco). i would try breaking your bud up alot more.
another solution i just came up with is that you could shread and dry your plant leaves, like you would do tobacco, and add that to your joints to make airflow better. probably wouldnt taste as good but its an idea.

Hes talking about spliffs. In Europe many people mix tobacco and bud together and roll it up (.org ). This is called a spliff whereas in USA nearly everyone smokes joints (100% bud). If the bud is grown, dried, and cured properly you shouldn't need tobacco to keep it burning. Hope this helps, happy toking

Im from the UK and standard here is to smoke spliffs, where you put tobaco in them usually 50/50. Its £20 an eigth here on a good day

Well i suspect that the stuff i got before i started growing was just badly dried.
But i quite like the suggestion of grinding up leaves and adding them to the mix, that way there is little waste in material.

Do you suggest bud leaves or are fan leaves alright?

just let it dry and smoke just the bud .you will be glade you did .the taste is so much better and depending on how you dry and cure it will be rather smooth to smoke .
i suggest you get your self a good glass pipe or a good bubbler to smoke from

Cigarette or rolly tobacco has harsh dangerous chemicals in them that can give you mouth, lung or throat cancer. Dry your herb out and take it naturally. And enjoy life longer.

i'm a firm believer in the fact that one can only be addicted to marijuana if they in fact spin it with tobacco.. in australia i know lots of people who aren't smokers of cigarettes, yet they absolutely positively must have tobacco in their weed and if they don't get weed then the world is ending.. interesting stuff, but not altogether surprising

I don't understand this mixing tobacco with weed. I've been smoking weed for 25 years and never heard to adding tobacco until I joined this site. To me it's just odd.......

Well I sir usually smoke with tobacco, not a heavy smoker at all any longer but untill I joined this site I had never heard of bagseed!!! 10 year smoker.

i add tabacco every once in a while, like once a month, if its available. if you are not a ciggerette smoker, a bong hit mixed instantly turns your limbs to jelly.

its pretty good but i don't make it a habit.

I'm a ma'am not a sir. To me, mixing tobacco with weed is ruining good weed. I like the taste of the weed, tobacco would throw that off.

in the USA we roll pure weed, no tobacco, except for some euro trash emo kids.
