Harvest won't dry

I spent $140 on a dehumidifier, money well spent.
it can lower a bedroom from 72- 55% RH.
Where I live is also humid, I don't think I could get bud dry without the dehumidifier.

don't be cheap just sacrifice and buy the dehumidifier. You're buds will thank you. plus some fans, there needs to be air circulating

A dehu will work much better. But if money is a issue there are other alternatives like damp rid. If you get a dehu make sure it is big enough for the size of your room.

in a pinch, an air conditioner will dehumidify too. it is not a perfect solution, especially if it is winter where you are but the air coming out of an air conditioner will have a much lower rh that ambient room air.

I second DampRid. You can get it for about 3 dollars for a big bag at home depot. It's made of calcium chloride and sucks a ton of water out of the air.

Thanks guys. I ended up putting a small portable heater on low in my old grow room with the bud and its already helping. The bud is all cut and trimmed so I expect to be able to jar it in the next day or two. Think I will get around a pound dried and cured. its some chernobyl grown under 1000w hps.

Ya.. a heater is a great way to make a pound of good turn into a lb of mids.. Live in the jungle or something? Even at 70% rh, with proper air flow you should be drying in 10 days.
