Harvesting 2 weeks early due to COVID-19. Your thoughts

OK fellas, so Iet's just say that I'm stuck in Nepal not knowing when I will be able to go back home. I have a choco candy by zambeza at home. Flowering is supposed to be 65 days. I think it is pretty accurate as I harvested one plant once and it was perfectly done at exactly 65 days (except for lower buds as always).

Since I'm away, I've had a cleaning lady watering and feeding the plant, but due to coronavirus she will no longer have transportation to go to my place. This weekend, my brother is coming to my apartment and staying until Wednesday. If he doesn't cut the plant, perhaps he will come back until may about 75 - 85 days of flowering, so 2 -3 weeks after it is supposed to be done. But also, perhaps nobody would be able to keep watering the plant and it would die.

So maybe this is the last chance to cut it. If he cuts it the day he will be gone it will be 52 days vs 65 that is supposed to be done.

What would be your advice? Cut only the tip colas and leave the rest in case he comes back later? cut everything? don't cut anything at all since it will be a waste?
This plant has been growing beautifully, fast and healthy outdoors. Also to mention that it would have been ready way earlier because I planted it in December but I gave it supplemental light at night to keep it from flowering. Once I stopped the supplemental light it grew little white hairs after 3 days or something. so it stayed in veg state for about 2 months:

Maybe have him water it and kill the light before he leaves, let it finish in the dark and dry on the vine.
He can't kill the light cuz it is getting natural light and can't get it inside the apartment cuz it is going to stink. I'm thinking to ask him to cut half of it (the more mature nugs) and leave the rest in case he comes back 3-4 weeks later which would be 1-2 weeks past its recommended cutting time but since they would be lower nugs perhaps not so bad since they take longer to mature. IF HE COMES BACK.

Anyways, the ones that had to be cut early, can I expect them to taste good and have nice effects? Thi is what I care for the most. The whole plant grew very big so production is going to be good regardless.
I mostly want that nice bitter chocolate taste and great effects.

Cut half the plants leave half the plants one way will be better. at least half your bud is good and you know what to do in the future. For anything you leave growing cut the light wattage down as much as possible if they have less light they will drink the water slower

Ok so this is the best my dumbass brother could do: he cut it, placed the branches in a cardboard box and placed the box inside a hidden niche next to the jacuzzi. The niche is like a gap that is covered between the jacuzzi and the wall and has ventilation grill that is lifted and exposes the niche which is a dark cool place. Once one of my buds got mold in there, but I hope this new harvest will fare better as the weather will be hotter and dryer for the next 3 months be4 raining season. Anyways, my brother did not cut off all the fan leaves and didnt trim the buds. Also they will dry horizontaly, basically. Any thoughts? Am I screwed? They will dry there for at least a month. See pics.

In case I come back and find it moldy can I use the water cleaning method? Or the oven heating method? Which one is better, which one would allow taste to survive?

The answer of just throw it all away does not suffice. These are difficult times.

Understand bro, I'm in Nepal unable to get back home. Public transportation is stopping in my city with nobody to look after the plant. I expect to come back in 1 or 2 more months. Don't know when my brother would be coming back to my apartment, he lives 4.5 hours aways. What would you have me do?

Now, I have to be positive. This plant grew beautifuly and resisted pests and never had issue with mold and was left pretty much alone with just watering twice a week for almost 2 months. Weather is quite favorably hot and dry for the next 3 months, April and May are the driest months. There's hope it will not develop mold.

And if it does, I believe water curing could get rid of the problem. The only thing I regret if I have to do water curing is that they say the smell and taste goes away and this is a chocolate candy that I wanted for the smell and taste mainly. BUT, once I come back, there might still be quarentine, seed banks are not sending seeds, etc. This is pretty much all the product I have to smoke maybe in 6 months, and I do have hopes that it will be way better than schwag besides all the inconveniences.

Don’t u mean a “light” water if any water at all? U want ur plant going into the darkness half dry already, I been utilizing a 1.5-2 day dark period forever now probly 12 yrs, bunch of kids on here (I’m assuming) was arguin me on wet/dry cycles other day claiming however u water in flower has no bearing on the final resin n thc content LOL.. there’s certain days of my bloom cycle where I let my plants dry out til the bucket is suppeerrr lightweight. What that does is trick ur plant into making it think it’s dying so it in turn throws out more thc in self defence.. same idea with the two days of dark at the end ur essentially just fooling ur plant into creating more defence for itself (THC)

just figured buy it more time since it was early. even in the dark a plant grows, so that THC could possibly be created for a longer period of time. of course ventilation is required to prevent mold as in any dark cycle.

really though, just a guess because who is really in the business of chopping early or mitigating such situations on a regular enough basis to really develop the "best practice".
