Harvesting CBD strains

Hey cultivators
I read a piece the other day that suggested,, CBD and CBD × strains should be harvested earlier then normal THC strains,, because the cannabinoids, mature slightly quicker then THC and also degenerate quicker with age,
Does anybody know anything about this ??

I read the same thing. Just keep checking trics once most of the hairs are orange
