Is it ok to harvest each bud seperately??? will this likely shock the plant or cause possible hermie?

what do you mean? taking buds before it is ready? or leaving them on when harvest is due?
I'm only on my first grow, but I would say you would regret it if you started taking buds off the plant before she is ready.

If your talking about the removal of the main cola once it is done (check with microscope) then yes you can do that, and leave the lower branch buds under the light to ripen up a little more without any severe damage

I will upload pics of the trichs in a few. See 75% of the plant seems to be ripe with the exception of the main cola. The skunk#1 is six weeks and def shows to be more sativa than indica so im sure maturity is slow but the lower branches are more mature if not ready and the main cola is still putting on gurth with very lil pistil coloration.

Just to point out I got skunk #1 too hooray! I have found the very first orange hairs starting on my lowest bud forming regions.
Skunk #1 is 75% sativa
