Has anyone ever grown Big Bud?

Hey, I'm pretty new to this site, and was thinking about starting to grow. On a bunch of sites it says Big Bud is a good strain for beginners, and you get a ton of weed to boot. That's fine by me, but I was just wondering, has anyone ever grown it? I just wanna see if it is an easy strain to grow, because I am definetly a beginner at all this shit.

What is a strain that is pretty manageable and compact for a beginner to grow?
